You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund provided that you have contacted us first and received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you are returning for repair or replacement Click Here. Returned items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Opened and used products can only be returned for repair or exchange at the discretion of Ninebot U.S.. A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply on any/all used products should they be accepted for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you selected.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are calculated using physical weight and/or DIM (dimensional weight) weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and/or DIM weight lb.
Tracking numbers are entered into the system as soon as possible. At times we may provide you with a tracking number that shows no movement. If this occurs, you should wait a couple of hours and try to track your item again. At times we will ship from the West Coast which will cause a delay in being able to track your item.
